*Shipping times are excluding the handling & processing time of up to 48h. Orders of €300+ automatically qualify for free shipping. All our parcels are insured and fully trackable.

We process all orders within 48 hours and ship them using one of the delivery methods you select at checkout. Cut off time for orders is 2pm CET, orders that are placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
A signature may be required for delivery. If you're not around to accept the parcel, we suggest providing an alternative delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel on your behalf. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Orders of €200+ to the EU, US & UK automatically qualify for free shipping.

Once your items are shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and details of your delivery. We do our best to ensure you get your order on time, but situations out of our control sometimes happen (weather related, carrier issues, national holidays, etc).
International taxes and duties
Duties & taxes are included for Europe, US and United Kingdom orders. No need to worry!
For rest of the world, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about this and we hope you understand. Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included with your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Our products are carefully checked for quality by our team (but we're all humans, so if we missed something please let us know). If for some reason you’re not fully satisfied with your selection, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, however please take the time to read our returns policy as we will not accept returns that don't meet our policy requirements. Should you not comply with our returns guidelines, unfortunately the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be liable for the shipping costs.
Returns - European Union & UK
Email us at email@example.com to request a pre-paid returns label, this amount will be deducted from your refund or you can use a shipping method of your choosing. Just make sure it's trackable and insured in case something goes wrong.
Returns - Rest of the World
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a returns authorisation form that you will need to fill out and include in your package. This needs to be included with your item. Make sure to mark it as "returning goods" in your shipping slip and on top of box too otherwise you may be liable for Import Duty. At your request we can send you a pre-paid returns label, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
Our returns policy
- All tags must be attached and packaging must be in its original condition with the protective hygiene seal. For hygiene purposes, we ask that you please try on your new swimwear with underwear on over the hygiene seal in case you need to return it.
- Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, show signs of use or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- We typically process refunds within 5 business days from the date we receive the item. The full amount of the item will be refunded in your original form of payment, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. We'll notify you via email once we process your refund. Keep in mind your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.
- We prefer that items are returned to us via the same service we used to ship it to you, using a trackable service. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. We do advise sending via a trackable and insured method so that in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse, the carrier will refund you.
Returning your purchase
Email us with your order number to know where to send the package to. Place the item in the original shipping box or a secure, solid carton box. If you're shipping back more than one item, make sure to ship them together as it will facilitate your refund. Keep proof of shipping and tracking information.
Sébastien offers a one time free exchange. Exchanges are only accepted for items of same or superior value or alternatively we can offer store credit. Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We're very rigorous with quality checks and we never send out faulty pieces. You, the buyer, are responsible for inspecting the items and to let us know within a 5 days period of receiving the goods, of any fault. What would be classified as a faulty good you ask? if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. If they're damaged as a result of wear and tear that doesn't count.
